Unique building and location. Spacious 1 bedroom with full kitchen, dining area, etc
Positive: Great location downtown Seward. Older building, but very clean, well stocked with dishwater, etc, and well furnished.
Negative: No A/C, but not unusual for Alaska. Also, if you have the windows open for some cool fresh air, expect some noise from cars and people on the street below. Was pretty quiet after about 10pm though. Walk up required to second floor.

Seward is definitely worth a visit.
Positive: Great location. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Negative: Tiny vanity. Little storage in bathroom

Very nice spot and I would stay there again.
Positive: It was perfect for the group trip I planned, plenty of space for everyone. It was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Negative: Only complaint is that the shower didn’t work and I wasn’t able to get ahold of the owner about it. It didn’t end up being a big deal because I was just there for one night.
